Furniture industry expert and founding partner Mike Leiderman oversees new business efforts, outreach to new clients and organizational growth. Mike has a clear, in-depth knowledge of how the business works and he truly understands how The Atlantic Group can work better and harder for its clients.

Leiderman grew up in Queens, New York. Like Abramson and Offerman, Leiderman is an athlete; a trait that is indicative of his ability to think fast, stay focused and solve any problem. Leiderman is also currently a semi-pro baseball player for the Long Island Storm, another reason why this quick-witted salesman hits every opportunity out of the park.

When Abramson was putting together The Atlantic Group dream team, he knew he had to have Leiderman's involvement. The two became acquainted during their client-purveyor days when Abramson was with Empire Office and Leiderman was a lead sales representative with Designtex, a steel case company. A mutual respect quickly developed based on their shared entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic. They often spoke about ways to make the process more effective for clients. The founders' collective vision seeded The Atlantic Group, which prides itself on a comprehensive selection offering value and quality at every price point.

When not talking up The Atlantic Group, Mike can be found outdoors, playing ball, and spending time with his wife and their two children.
